We provide you with the necessary pieces to continue in your development as a real estate professional.

Continuing Education Reminder from DRE

Salespersons licensed prior to October 1, 2007 need to complete 15 hours of continuing education for their first renewal.

Salespersons licenced after October 1, 2007 need to complete 45 hours of continuing education for their first renewal.

All brokers and salespersons who are not renewing for the first time need to complete 45 hours of continuing education for license renewal.

Package 8C can be completed in as little as two days. Package 8A, 8B, 8D can be completed in as little as six days.

Broker and Subsequent
Salesperson Renewal:

45 hours of continuing education is required.

Guide to Real Estate Practices	15 Hours
E, A, TF, FH, RM	3 Hours Each

Package 8D (Online Only):

made up of 3 hours each:
