*NEW DRE RULES AND REGULATIONS

If you took the California Real Estate Salesperson exam before October 1, 2007 and received a conditional salesperson license you need two courses within 18 months of you license issuance date in order to satisfy the requirements of your conditional license. Of these two courses one must be Real Estate Practices, the other can be any State approved Real Estate Elective course.

If you have not already received a conditional salesperson license, the DRE states that you must show evidence of completion for three (3) State approved real estate courses prior to taking the exam.
